  1. Don't put every word in the powerpoint
  2. Run a spell check
  3. Avoid too many bullet points
  4. Bad color scheme can harm the presentation
  5. Not to many slides
  6. Less data is a good thing
  7. Not to many or to less animations will help, find the middle ground
  8. Use a good font that works with the presentation
 Powerpoint mistakes to avoid

  1. To much information
  2. Not enough visuals
  3. Horrible Quality (Pixelated, not scaled right, doesn't fill screen)
  4. All over the place (needs to be organized)
  5. Lack of Prep (the presenter needs to be prepared to give a presentation)
